Tuna with onions in sherry

Ingredients
- 2 cans of La Sirena tuna in water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup seafood consommé
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion.
Add the La Sirena tuna and stir fry for a few more minutes. Add the seafood consommé, cream, and sherry. Boil for a few minutes and the flavors have been mixed.
Season with salt and pepper serve on a deep plate and garnish with chopped parsley. Accompany with small baguettes.
