Tuna ragu

Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna in La Sirena water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 ounces spaghetti or any other paste
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pot and cook the onion and garlic until translucent.
Step 2
Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste and let it cook at low temperature for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the La Sirena tuna, cook 5 minutes more. Serve on pasta, polenta, or rice with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
