Tuna quiche

Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna in water La Sirena
- 2 ounces butter
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cooking cream
- 8 ounces grated Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 basic pie dough recipe
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a basic pie dough recipe. On a floured surface, spread the dough and cover a 9-inch pie or quiche (detachable) pan.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350F / 175ºC. In a pan melt the butter and sauté the chives. Add the tuna and sauté for a few more minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl lightly beat the eggs, add the cream, Swiss cheese, flour, tuna in water La Sirena previously sauteed with chives and mix very well. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the pan covered with the pie dough and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
