Galician Tuna Empanada

Ingredients
- 2 cans of La Sirena tuna with Vegetables, drained
- (Keep the oil)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 units of empanada dough, pre-prepared.
Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 350F. In a pan, heat the oil of the tuna, then sauté the onion and tomato. Add the tuna, paprika and seasoning to taste.
Step 2
Spread the dough and place it inside a 9-inch mold previously greased with olive oil. Pour the tuna and top with the other half of the dough. Carefully seal and varnish with egg yolk whipped with cream.
Step 3
Bake the empanada for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand for half an hour before cutting and serving.
