Cheese and tuna fingers
- 4 Cans of tuna in Water La Sirena
- 1 Cup grated Manchego cheese
- 2 Pieces of egg
- 1 Cup ground bread
- 1 Pinch of Salt and pepper
- 1/2 Cup flour
The necessary amount of aerosol oil
- 1/2 Cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons chopped pickle
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chives
Preheat your oven to 180° C. Place the tuna inside a piece of clean rag and squeeze by rolling the blanket to remove any excess liquid.
Place the tuna into a bowl and mix with cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of ground bread, salt and pepper; stir up
obtain a compact and moldable dough. Form sticks with the tuna mixture and spread them with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
Place the fingers on an oven tray, spray them with oil spray and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy and golden. Beat together mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles and chives until incorporated. Serve the fingers accompanied by a dressing. Share and enjoy.
