Andalusian tuna

Ingredients
- 3 cans of tuna La Sirena in olive oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- A clove of garlic, chopped
- Two tomatoes, grated
- 1 cup white wine
- 4 fresh oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- A bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 potatoes, sliced and fried in oil
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic, onion, and green pepper. Add the grated tomato, wine, oregano, ground cumin, bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for a few
minutes.
Step 2
Add the tuna and let it cook for a few more minutes. Serve with the potatoes.
