Tuna cannelloni

Ingredients
- 1 packet of cannelloni
- 2 cans of tuna in water La Sirena
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 150 grams of Manchego cheese
- 4 egg yolks
- Olive Oil
- 30 grams of parsley
- 30 grams of basil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cream
- Pickled Chile
Instructions
Step 1
Put the cannelloni in boiling water, with a touch of salt and olive oil. Leave them in the water until they soften.
Step 2
In a pot mix the milk, cream and cheese over low heat and let it thicken. Add the yolks out of the heat and let it thick. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a pan with oil fry the onion, pepper, finely chopped chilies. Add the tuna and tomato. Let reduce for 5 minutes and season. Remove from heat let cool and add finely chopped parsley.
Step 4
Fill the cannelloni and place in a greased mold. Bathe them with the sauce and put grated cheese on top and basil.
Step 5
Bake at 175ºC until the cheese melts.
